Only in the SEC can you kill it, finishing 12th in rankings...and 7-8th in your conference! At the end of the day, you need to develop talent, and just as with BBall Vols and Kentucky in football this year...it helps to be "old". Butch may have signed decent classes, but we kept churning thru them, w/ players leaving after 1-2 years, and we start the process all over again. I don't think Pruitt had any(?) defections from first signing class, which starts to build depth. If we get our OL and LB's right, like it appears, we'll start making some moves. Talent in the trenches covers alot of sins elsewhere.
