Good Lord, will there ever be blood in the water for that one. If he doesn't find a way to beat UGA, he will hand his own personal adversary the opportunity to put the final nail in his coffin. I couldn't write better drama than what that could turn out to be.

Anyone making the trip down to Tuscaloosa for that one? Should be loads of fun.:whistling:

i'm old school...Bama is the main one on the schedule that i want to beat

The Bama media and fans don't even talk about us anymore. We have fallen off their radar screen. They have bigger fish to fry like LSU and possibly Florida. It's pretty much assumed by Oct. 20, Saban will have the Bama juggernault well oiled to crush a mediocre Tennessee team.

Bama hasn't accomplished anything yet other than beating Arkansas. Woo-freaking-hoo.....

Don't be so quick to hop on their bandwagon just yet with the well oiled juggernaut jargan.....

with bama having a good coach and having a feeling that they will eventually be a good team year in and year out i still hate them more than anyone with florida coming in at a close 2nd

I'm not jumping on their bandwagon. I hate them with a passion. I'm just telling you what they are thinking and the opportunity for us to upset their friggin applecart!

Bring it. I'm so ready for that game. Every year for the Bama-UT game I make my first batch of chili for the season. I have been craving chili lately, so Oct 20 can't get here fast enough. Oh yeah, I am excited about the game as well.:)

Nor am I on the UT bandwagon.

Not many are, at this point.

I'm a "realist".

Some of you pronounce it "NegaVol", or "NegaPhil".

A better term would be "content with mediocrity".

That's not UT football.

YES...and pray for me.

My BIL goes to Bama's Law school and is supposed to get us tickets.

Will I survive in my Orange sitting in the Bama student section??? If they are undefeated or have one-loss, I really fear for my life.

Anybody have any experience with such stupidity in the past? I'd love to hear it.

Speaking on the old school meantality, that is the game (if lost) that will bring in the older Vol fans for the resignation of Fulmer.

The previous is not an orginal thought as I have seen it many times around here.

Your post was factual. From what I've seen, your numbers are never off.

My point was, you're "lauding" our past (14-4) record against 'Bama.

I don't think we can safely assume we "own" anybody, anymore.

I apologize for the drama, but I have had my fill of those who can find the numbers to defend Fulmer.

We all have our opinions. You have the same right to yours as I do to mine.

I look at the last three years, including bowls.

Go back five years, and the picture isn't much rosier.

Again, JMO.

But the numbers don't lie.

It was not posted to back up CPF but to remind bammers of the recent history before running their mouths. But of course you seem more ready to jump Vol fans than them.

Bammer fans are the least of our concerns at this point.

Whether you approve of Saban or not, they have addressed their shortcomings on the coaching staff. We have not.

If I "jumped on you", I apologize. I am, admittedly, sick of the ever-shrinking blind mice who think the problem lies somewhere other than within the coaching staff.

As I said, we all have our opinions. That's what draws us here.

I've heard a lot more good about going to Bama than bad. I'm going as well

There are 100's of other threads you can crap in on this board. This was started by a bammer fan so I threw out that stat.

Some people REALLY need to lighten up. :eek:k:
