Ryan Perrilloux reinstated?

I thought this guy was gone for good? Les Miles reinstated him yesterday although he is still under investigation by the PD. Thoughts?

He is a major dissapointment from a guy who said he would win 4 Heismans.

Wow...when did he say this? I knew he was overly confident...and with him being as highly recruited as he was, I can somewhat see it. But he just really screwed up his career.
