Rutgers absolutely manhandled the K-state Wildcats. The score was not as bad as the whoopin they put on the "Big 12" power. So is Rutgers for real, or the Big 12 team wasn't much competition?

I wouldn't exactly say Big 12 "Power". Kansas State is 70th in total offense and 63rd in total defense.

Rutgers is good. There a good solid football team but I'm still not sold on them being "FOR REAL".

Also on that game last night Sharpe said something about Brian Leonard going in the 2nd Round. Was he serious about that. Leonard's a good back but I mean come on 2nd Round?

Agree. Rutgers is good but not for real. They beat a hurt and struggling K State. Damn good year for Rutgers though.

I think Rutgers is primed for becoming "real" as long as Sciano (sp?) is around. The publicity with the strong season will corral some recuiting grounds for him up there. You will see a slowing of the big NJ recruits coming south. He definitely will have the premier NE big power if he keeps it up. If that says a whole lot.
