Rushing yard totals for Dobbs and Hurd to win?

Not sure about the total but I think UT will find more success vs UGA. I said before UF that Hall was a big deal. I think his absence coupled perhaps with Thomas playing gimpy hurt UT's run game.

For perspective, UF was by far the most talented D UT has played. That was also the best performance we've seen from the OL. The Vols allowed 7 sacks to the first 3 opponents then only one to the nation's #3 sack D? That's pretty solid.

Hall is an anchor and the group is learning to play together. Kendrick is settling in at LT and will only get better.

I honestly think UT will be able to do whatever they want against the UGA D.

You left out Kamara.

Sadly, so does our OC. :p Hoping Kamara can get some more touches for some big break aways. Gotta get it to him and Dobbs enough to keep everyone honest and give Hurd holes to run through.

No idea. Sometimes, yards gained is overrated. Scoring TD's is what's more importand. If we run for over 200 yards but have to settlemfor FG's yards won't matter. If we score TD's off kick returns or defensive plays, yards won't matter. Too many variables to say how many yards we need to win.

We need more points than them OP, yards rushing don't count. You can outrush your opponent 10-1, but if you turn the ball over 6 times, chances are you're still gonna lose.

I think Tennessee will have its way today on offense.

Agree -- IF we let Dobbs ball. I think they need to dial-up a few runs early. As soon as he does positive things with his legs, he does positive things with his arm. He'll throw some ugly passes sometimes, but he'll also just make big plays and make things happen.

I think we save Hurd and Kamara for College Station. If we play a complete game today, Dormady will have three series in fourth, and Hurd and Kamara will be ready for College Station and ready to punish the Aggie D.
