Not to take anything away from the Receiving corp, offensive line, or defense, but I thought the running backs showed something they have not shown all season.

They were especially fighting hard with EFFORT. they were sacrificing their bodies for feet and yards and that is THE difference in a running game.

Great job Arian on catching that kick-off out of bounds, great heads up play. That is why he will be pro back, and with the effort he showed today is why he is going to be a good one.

No turnovers and a lot of EFFORT. I give the game ball to the running backs (but the whole team played awesome!!!)

Something happened to this team in the off week, I don't know what it was, but I am glad it did.

GO VOLS BEAT MISS ST!!!

they wanted yards. something i havent seen in a long time. they fought on every play they had the ball, all of them. it was nice to see them pulling defenders with them and not being pushed back 10 yards. beautiful day, fellas.

The whole team gets a game ball. But the coaches deserve it after the past few weeks.

I think Hardesty looked the best tonight. Foster had the TD's but he still runs like he's either thinking too much or too scared to hit a 180# DB. Hardesty ran hard PERIOD.

I thought coker caught the kickoff out of bounds. Was it Foster?

Coker I think. Apparently that was a smart catch. If he's considered out of bounds, then that keeps the ball from bouncing in bounds and jumping out at the four. This was a smart play.

I didn't know that rule and it was a little scary. Good thing the players knew it.

Was that Coker??? doh, I coulda sworn it was Foster, saw the number wrong I guess and never looked back.

The whole team did play awesome, including the coaching.

One of the reasons I liek the running back is because I watched the 1992 replay of the TN GA game and those running backs played hard. Today our guys matched that intensity and effort. I thought we needed that today, and had nto seen alot to tell me it was going to show up. But it did!

The pass interference call against TN that gave GA the ball on the 2.5 was BOE-GUS!

Dude that call was total BS. It seems like we've got the short end of the stick (on both sides of the ball) with interference calls this year.

I really liked the misdirection pitch Foster ran a couple of times. Haven't seen us run it much before but I've seen it work against us. Nice time to pull it out

Marsalous (I think it was him) had position. I thought it was interference on the O. Horrible call, just horrible!

And what about GA walking out holding hands at the beginning of the game like we did to them last year. Ha!

Ohh yeah, the misdirection pitch was a throw back, not seen that in a LONG while. Good play.

They ran it twice...getting a first down on both runs. I really like that play. They also ran an inside reverse to Hancock that picked up about 6...I look for that one to be broke for a TD later in the season

I don't know if i have ever seen that inside reverse ran. It looked reminiscent of the shuffle pass but in tighter quarters. If picked up some good yards and could have broken it for longer.

It was refreshing to see Cut not calling of the "dogs" and keep taking the game to them, and being aggressive. Fantastic.
