I took that as just that she's due back in court on Nov 13th. She's already back in practice with the team.

We do have a game against Belmont on the 13th so I don't know if being in court that day would keep her from playing that night.

You are correct, and I am certain it was for those folks. But, I wasn't addressing the people directly involved. I was addressing all the hand wringing, speculation, I know more than you posting that this thread included.

If you listen to the last media interview, you could see and hear that the situation was taken seriously. It seem the coaches had to address the issue with recruits and their families during recruiting visits. Coach also said Ruby had been giving some type of penalty for harming the brand and she had to complete some other steps in order to be reinstated. If she wasn't willing to meet those conditions then the program was prepared to move on without Ruby.

Can't like...dang crazy supposed alums have common sense enough to NOT commit the fan forum crime of needlessly dredging up old, dead threads that only serve to further hurt and embarrass anyone associated with the painful event everyone is desperately trying to leave in the past? Or is modern society just too selfish to STFU when they really should?

I blame it on all on that newfangled interweb. You just can't have yungin's surfin' around "cyber" space and all without asking fer trouble. You know, surfers are nothing but trouble!!!!!

Dagummitt!!! Back in my day (roughly 1900), the infant mortality was about 10% and that kept everyone on the straight and narrow (and the child labor and the TB).
