I don't know that the field is rushed if Tennessee gets a big lead. If it is a last minute score to give us the W then I think the field will flood with fans. A 40 yard field goal as time expires and they are going to have order new goal post, end zone markers, water coolers, grass, and anything else fans can take down and carry out.

I hope the entire stadium rushes the field in victory or in defeat as a protest. That way UT will have to replace the turf.

My vote is to do it. It could be a turning point, and might remind the team (coaches included) that they are out there to have fun.

Security is a completely different thing now then it was in 2004. I don't know what measures they have in place but you may not get away with it anymore.

A couple of years ago Indiana fans stormed the court after beating UK in basketball. They were highly made fun of given their historical pedigree.
