Not sure if it is worth the money (we have the privilege of using it for free), however, it is a fairly decent way to build the basic understanding of a language.I'd like to learn some basic Spanish (Latin American style).
Anyone tried RosettaStone? I'm looking for an easy approach.

Basically, you match sounds to pictures. I would have to assume this is exactly how infants and toddlers learn a language. Therefore, your understanding of the language, upon completion of 18 units of Rosetta Stone, is somewhere around the comprehension level of a first grade child/UK Graduate.
