I'd like to learn some basic Spanish (Latin American style).

Anyone tried RosettaStone? I'm looking for an easy approach.

Not sure if it is worth the money (we have the privilege of using it for free), however, it is a fairly decent way to build the basic understanding of a language.

Basically, you match sounds to pictures. I would have to assume this is exactly how infants and toddlers learn a language. Therefore, your understanding of the language, upon completion of 18 units of Rosetta Stone, is somewhere around the comprehension level of a first grade child/UK Graduate.

I retranslated the sentence and here's what I got:

a banana in its pocket is that or you are you you cause sorrow happy to see me
