I go eat lunch and come back to a thread 60 post deep about finding 4 new coaches. Damn.

I love that everyone thinks we should be a work study program for novice coaches. In what world does having coached at UT-Martin qualify one for a job at UT?

Graham spent 3-5 years in the NFL, has coached under Harbaugh, and certainly could help fix some obvious recruiting issues in west Tennessee. I think he would be a good fit here and would succeed.

It seems that most of these names are broken down as either good recruiter or good coach. Isn't it possible to find a person that fits both descriptions? I don't know who it would be but Phil has a golden opportunity here to improve this team so he better not screw this up.

Luke was a pretty good TE in college, I haven't seen a reason to think he wouldn't be a good TE coach.

Harris and Graham would be a great mix for the Offense... I would think that Harris could easily work with Crompton, Coleman or Stephens...

In my athletic conquest, I've found most times the better players make the worse coaches. They have no patience.
