I understand you need assistance with connections but I think NIL has more to do with signing players. Think we need developers maybe one for man defense and one for guards. I know were young and don't have the guards we had last year this age of basketball needs guards that can create and shoot. They are your two best recruiters and Roman is a great developer of guards. Sarah-Ashlee Barker credited him for her development at Alabama.
You would think he would get one of the jobs just a lot of them out there. You have to start somewhere and that is not one of the best places to start think USF is better, but may not pay as much as Memphis.Gabe also mentioned as a coach the writer thought Memphis should consider in this story about Alex Fuller Simmons' firing last week.

NIL has a lot to do with actually getting signatures, but it is not everything. And you are not in a position to get signatures without doing the traditional recruiting work to get them to visit and be interested in your school.I understand you need assistance with connections but I think NIL has more to do with signing players. Think we need developers maybe one for man defense and one for guards. I know were young and don't have the guards we had last year this age of basketball needs guards that can create and shoot.
Les Miserables. Some are just trolls that can’t help themselves. Some have coaching experience. Some have been influenced by a favorite local radio sportscaster. Some are body language experts. Some hate Danny.I beg to differ with those saying the freshmen did not develop this year. I think Jaida, Mia, Lauren, & Deniya are all playing better than they were at the first of the year, especially Jaida. Mya didn't really get to play enough to evaluate.
