Very true, but I just don't want any of the good ol' boy network on the staff. Guys reach a certain point in their career and they lose the edge. They're far more focused on getting things set up for retirement. We need an infusion of youth on this staff. Guys who haven't made a ton of money and are hungry and innovative. Guys like Steele and Garner are just stale. It's time for a new generation of coaches at UT.
