For those who always make fun of Rod Wilks, looks like he's taking a stand....he may just be getting ready to become the one, after all.
This is what he did today:

Redshirt freshman safety Rodriguez Wilkes stepped in front of a quick out by Stephens and raced 20 yards for a touchdown near the end of the session.

Good job, Rod!!! :superman:

Raced?

That means there was some actual competition with him getting into endzone. Erroneous.

While true that some of us have had a bit of fun with this Rod Wilks thing, I don't see us as belittling him. On the contrary, we wish him to do well and are not saying that he won't. But then again, maybe somebody should find out how he views it. :ermm:

you seem to forget that rod wilks was in fact the man who crossed the line with the ball in his hands...this results in a 20 pt swing in favor of the team blessed to have him

Yes, Rod owes his success to us.....all of VN's jokes about him are giving him inspiration.......
In fact, he ordered me to make my 1000th post about him, inside of a thread that I had to create, and thus it was so........:lolabove:

You've got it all wrong. It was actually a punt which he snagged at it's peak with his pinky and thumb, before screaming back towards the earth as women and children fled like roaches in a basement.
