Observations:

1. Scotty Hopson is huge in person and when he accidentally steps on your foot of hurts like a mother. He played well. Hisndrives to the basket were obscenely good sometimes. His outside shot wasn't consistent but you can tell why he is one of the top 10 kids in his class.

2. Brian Williams looks to really impress this year. He seems to have lost a ton more fat and gained it all back in muscle. He shot a three for his first shot of the game. Nothing but net. His inside moves looked very nice too. He seems to have worked on his defense and rebounding so far this offseason. His court vision continues to impress me. He made one great pass in the paint to Hopson I believe.

3. Bobby Maze is a real point guard! He made very nice passes and wasn't afraid to drive the lane and kick it out. Same can be said for Daniel West.

Disclaimer - these games are played with about 0 defense so take everything I have observed and remember... There was no defense. Even so I am encouraged about this coming up team.

He did play. I didn't see him. My foot was throbbing so badly from Scotty stepping on it I left. Dude bruised my foot. I looked at it when I got home. It's black and blue.

he said sorry. He was in a hurry to go somewhere though. I'm assuming the locker room. It was about 15 minutes before his game started.

I'm going to try to go to one of these games. Do you have to get there early or anything? Tough to get seats?

don't think Woolridge was there. Tatum plays on my friends team, and he said that he dropped about 50 tonight. It might have been an exaggeration, but thats what he said.

last year it was tough to get sits unless you got there early. I'm guessing the crowd will be bigger this year.

I'd love to come down for a game or two this summer when I get in town. When does the league end?

Thanks for the updates Dickens, I really do appreciate it not being able to attend the games. Keep it up and it sure is great to be having some basketball action going on.
