Fours years assistant coach plus a GA year with Spurrier then to Okie State then to WVU. Recruits the right areas and knows the spread.

I think this is a good hire if made...all offenses he has been involved with are similar to what we can expect during CBJ's tenure, hopefully some of the GREAT offensive minds he has been around has rubbed off!

Actually. I think he followed the HC to WVU from OK St. So, I don't really count that as bouncing.

He also was at USCe as a grad assistant and was promoted to running backs coach the next year. I say he probably has ties to the carolinas with his time at USCe to go along with Virginia and Florida. Plus since Spurrier likes to recruit the state of Georgia he could probably help there too.
