Mychal has probably been my favorite Vol player this year. Has anybody heard anything about his draft grade? Is he projected to be selected?

He should be. Haven't heard anything but I would imagine late rounds.

I think he goes higher than late round. His YPC is to good to last that long.

I could definatly see him being selected. I am a huuuuge patriots fan and vols fan living up here in maine and i see a lot of simular traits to Aaron Hernandez. teams are looking for the next big athletic TE

I am hoping we trade Finley, then draft Rivera to start in his place. I really like Rivera also.

Teams like the Patriots, 49ers, and Jets having so many tight ends nowadays really helps his chances. I think he could carve out a niche in the NFL. I totally agree with the post above me a few, he is like Aaron Hernandez, just a step behind.

No way he's 2nd-3rd round.He's not even in the top 10 on most draft position rankings. Whoever gets him will get a steal though.

He may not be there atm, but let's see how fast he rises during the senior bowls, combine and pro days. I think he is going to make a lot of money over the next five months.
