The NCAA has gotten so microscopic with these violations.

Iowa's basketball program needs to understand that the NCAA will not tolerate programs operating under its bylaws cavorting in any way, shape, or form, with Ashton Kutcher.

This is a serious violation and will be thoroughly investigated. I don't want to compare it to SMU, but I can't help myself.
