"I'm coming out of the offensive room and putting all my attention on defense," Dooley said Monday during his weekly news conference.

Pretty bold - I say the results are positive but he'll have to play this extremely carefully or it will turn south and he'll lose the players and Sal.

hahaha -- OP has lost it! It's too late for Dooley! Get Gruden on the phone and tell Haslam to write the check. Are you kidding me?

OP.. I get what you are saying..

CDD also said that Sal may coach from the booth on saturday. IMHO.. not a bad move.

Maybe it'll start to have some positive results, I'm sure hoping it does.

Making this move after UGA would be bold. After South Carolina it looks desperate. After Troy, it looks like another symptom of poor leadership.

...and how in God's name do you worry about it going south from here? Defensively, we're in Antarctica. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking 11 penguins could offer more resistance than our defense has.

OP....which voice in your head are you listening to?

Is it the same voice that controls the keyboard?

Did it tell you to start this thread?

Do you see dead people?

Legitimate questions to ask at this point imo

Sal is obviously already lost

How would Dooley investing in the defense lose the players?

So, let me get this straight. Dooley is just now getting concerned enough about our defense to invest his time trying to correct it? Day late and a dollar short I would say!

I still can't get over the "bold" comment. A cocker spaniel could look at the stat sheet following the Troy game and realize it might be time to try something else.
