Dang, man. RIP. I'm not sure how he ended up, but seemed like he had a hard time finding peace. Always sad when the great ones have a rough go of it.

Pet Sounds is near the top in terms of American works of art. It's a no-skips album that blew the lid off the music industry. Brian Wilson wanted to make rock music that people sat down and listened to, and basically everybody thought that was stupid. Absolute legend.

Here is my favorite piece of Beach Boys trivia, Good Vibrations was supposed to be on Pet Sounds, but they couldn't fit it on the record.
