He'll resign his head coaching duties to focus on his front office responsibilities.

He won't go to a rebuilding project. He's destined to Chicago or another contending team that may have a vacancy in the offseason.

Spoelstra was named the new coach at the press conference today. He's been Riley's favorite apprentice for a while now. Once Riles sold Arison on Spoelstra, the job was his.

Miami needs to go after a young upcoming coach with NBA experience as they rebuild this team. That fits Tim Floyd very well

If the Heat are somehow sitting at 50-20 or so next year, I think you could see steal the coaching chair yet again.

Just kidding. I don't see any reason for Wade to stay in Miami now, though.

Hopefully Detroit and San Antonio can take note of how quick the downfall has taken place in Miami. They're both at about the stage Miami was 2 years ago. The brightside for the Spurs is that Parker and Ginobli still have a lot left, but Bowen, Duncan, Bowen, Horry, etc. are running out of gas or are on borrowed time
