I don't think the problem is at the coaching position. I think it's clearly the quality of talent put on the floor. Not that Iavaroni is a great coach per se but he is the least of my concerns.

Hopefully Detroit and San Antonio can take note of how quick the downfall has taken place in Miami. They're both at about the stage Miami was 2 years ago. The brightside for the Spurs is that Parker and Ginobli still have a lot left, but Bowen, Duncan, Bowen, Horry, etc. are running out of gas or are on borrowed time
