Threat of what exactly? The ones you mentioned in Texas were arrested for drug dealing not burning crosses in yards. It had nothing to do with their racist views, they were arrested for the same things that the Rollin 60 Crips or the Vice Lords are arrested for

Anyone who has studied gang relationships and has an educated understanding of criminal activities knows that not all “racist” gangs are right wing and it’s much more complex than that
