I'm not sure how many follow the Nationwide series but after the race Saturday night Rick Russell, who owns the #79 car, fired the team and driver after loading up the car on the hauler. Than he went and locked up the team van with the team's belongings still in it and told them to find there own way back home. Not to mention he threatened them with a weapon as well. Thankfully NASCAR and the police stepped in and let the team get their stuff back.

Anyways long story short I hope karma is going to be a major ***** to Russell.

You should hear what he has to say about you.

I don't care what the opinions of a scum like him are. That is just dirty what he did and he should be called out for it.

Is this the same guy that told Jennifer Jo Cobb that she was going to start park like 10 minutes before the Bristol race after she had already provided a crew and paid for the tires to run the whole show?

Dude obviously doesn't know how to run a race team, and it seems now he is just mentally unstable.

I defended him in the JJC deal, but this is incredibly stupid. I heard him on the radio a few weeks back and he said all of the right things, but I bet the 79 team goes bye bye.

Speaking of stupid owners, what do you think of James Finch firing his 300th driver, or what seems like 300?

Well Landon has been tearing up equipment lately and that's not good for small teams. I don't think he has fired him yet but I won't be shocked if a new driver is in that ride for this week. He was going to give Cassill till Michigan to improve but that was before today's wreck, which wasn't his fault.

I think it's a shame. Landon is a quality driver that deserves a shot in decent Nationwide equipment. However, money talks.
