As most of you NASCAR fans know Richard Petty had 200 wins-most in NASCAR.
Here are just a few places he won (left off the current places that races are currently run).

Richards 1st came at Charlotte (NC) Fairgrounds 2/28/60-100 mile- and his last (200th) was on 7/4/84 at Daytona -Firecracker 400.
The shortest was a 50 mile races at Roanoke (VA) and Huntsville (Ala).

I know there is a lot of info on this. Got this information from the most recent NASCAR Scene Magazine with a fold out of Richard Petty.

I was at the race he won in Kingsport, TN. Petty was down by something like 12 laps and won the race. Talk about sandbagging.

I never even remember NASCAR racing at Kingsport.
I remember hearing or watching races on TV at Hickory and North Wilkesboro.

They (GN Division) only raced there once, but the Baby Grand Division raced there a couple times. One was won by Buck Baker.

I checked it out and Petty was "only" seven laps down and came back to win.
