We need to evolve with the state of the game. Gruden has been close with Kelly. What makes you think, he is not gonna bring more spread than West Coast with him. Not only do we need a change of coaches, but we need an overhaul of offense type. If we win, fans will go and support anything. Don't give me sh!t about anything not having fan support.

Christobal, Addazio, and Edsall have been mentioned. I haven't seen or heard Chow, but that wasn't the point anyways. The point is 90% of the names that get thrown out here have no desire to come to Knoxville.

The bad part Ron, is now that his name has been mentioned we can look forward to seeing the "Official Hire Norm Chow Thread" before the end of the day.

I'm sorry. I shouldn't have mentioned it. I'm sure there is some waterhead in a trailer somewhere in East Tennessee that thinks Norm Chow is a lock.

Honestly, I have been able to catch a few FIU games, and Mario has a bright future. I think he needs to be a HC in the MAC or WAC and then go to a AQ-BCS school as a coordinator. Would love to see him one day make it big somewhere.

I'd take RichRod over Todd Graham every day of the week, and yet Graham is the one we supposedly have interest in despite never doing a damn thing anywhere. At least WV beat a Top 5 team from the SEC in a BCS Bowl.

Still, RichRod is not near the top of my list.

I don't get the Graham love either. It reminds me of how people love Kirk Ferentz at Iowa despite him not ever doing a damn thing.

I don't know who UT gets but they better address the defense. The offense was good this year aside from this past week at Vandy so a guy like Rich Rod's offense won't mean a damn thing if they still can't stop anyone.
