Tennessee at Alabama is going to be a hornet's nest. Saban is getting paid $4m/yr to beat Tennessee and Auburn. 11:30 AM or not (and I think the early start does actually help us), that place is going to be crazy on Saturday. UF playing a mediocre GA team on a neutral site in Florida is a lot easier game.

If I were forced to wager actual money, I'd put it down on UF to still make it to Atlanta. They'll still be favored in every game they have left, and all they need is UT to stumble once. At Bama, at Kentucky, and vs. the Cocks would seem to provide plenty of opportunity.

The same thing can be said of UF though. It wouldn't shock me in the least if USC or GA beats the gators this year, and Kentucky can obviously be a dangerous opponent. The simple fact of the matter is that both teams have a tough road ahead of them if they want to win the SECE. I like our chances just as much as I like UF's.

doesnt matter.... UF loses to Kan'tucky saturday anyway.

I said it in the other thread:

USC likely won the SECE in that Thursday night game @ Columbia. They have to go 2-2, and UK 5-0 in the conf for UK to finish above them.

So you are assuming UT does not have much of a chance of beating the mighty USCe? The way UT is playing right now I think they are better than every team remaining on the schedule. That includes UK and USCe. Obviously, we have no idea if UT will continue playing like they are or if they will revert back to that crap they were doing to open the season. Therein lies the problem in these types of opinions. Who knows which team will show up from here on out.

Uh, no. I was just stating that USC has to go better than 2-2 in the next 4 SEC games to finish above Kentucky. I didn´t say anything about any other team.

Oh ok, well you just said that USCe won the SECE when they beat UK. Thought you were saying that meant they had lock on the SECe.

This statement is not very realistic is it. Neither of these teams will probably win the east. Florida is most likely going to bust UK's bubble this week. South carolina still has florida,tennessee left. I agree carolina's in the best position but thats all it is position. They still have to win it on the field.

UGA 2-13 against UF.

They'll have to prove to me that they can actually beat Florida first.

I agree that UK nor USC will win the east. I think both have at least 2 MORE SEC losses on their schedules. USC has to play UT, UF and ARK. I am not sold on UK or USC...especially not USC. UT or UF will win the east and it is UT's to lose.

The only real tough game UT has left is USC, but that's in Knoxville, at night. I think UT runs the table and wins the east. I'd rather play Auburn than lsu in the title game---UT matches up better with their O and D.

Man from here on out it's going to be tough, I wanna get past bama first then take a look at SC. Gone are the days of being able to take a breather in Nov. At least most of the games will make the major networks, better chance I get to see them :)
