I am so sick and tired of this being the determining factor in everyones decision making on the game. Revenge has some to do with it, but the more prepared team will win the game. Revenge can get you to about the 2nd quarter...then the talent is going to have to kick in, which I know Cal has a lot of. This is going to be a close game. I hope we can pull this one out, especially since Ainge's pinky is hurt.(What are the freakin odds? The same damn week as the game:bad:) With that, GO VOLS!

The determining factor in this game maybe as small as a broken pinky finger.Man i was having a good day until i read that crap.:banghead2:

Tape it and wing it. A minor set back at the most. I still like our chances and look forward to seeing the new crop of Vols (please Lord let there be some good receivers in there....) GO BIG ORANGE!!!!!!!!!!

He's a freakin' SR QB who gets hurt all of the time. Show the NFL you're not scared to play w/ a broken pinky. If he doesn't play he doesn't deserve to be considered in the NFL. I see him playing anyways, though. I'm sure the training staff will do as much as they can to protect him but not hurt his throwing any.

Its a pinky...not like its his whole hand. They can numb it or something, tape it, and he will play just as good.

That just sounds so weak. Ainge hurt his pinkie. At least ESPN put finger. Sounds a little more respectable.

Well they talked about Tennessee vs Cal. about 30 minutes ago on ESPN (tv) and used the term "pinky". Doesn't really matter. They also crapped all over Cal. about their returning starters

Ainge is still playing, but it's silly to think it won't have any effect on his release/accuracy.

It was set 2 years apart but might as well mention it.

2004 We get smoked my TTU almost as bad as you guys did. Last year we whip TAMU 45-10 in the Holiday Bowl.

Revenge can help your mindset, but can't take the place of talent, coaching, and preparedness. More, I think it can lead to more frustration if things start going wrong.
