Easily the worst I've ever felt after a UT loss. Gut-wrenching.

A win tonight would be beyond sweet.

I am down for the full-on dream crushing of Alabama.

Although I am not sure if a win like that is more demoralizing, or if we just completely stomp them with domination on the defensive side of the ball (resulting in points thanks to Mr. EB, whose defensive scores are becoming an integral part of our offense) and a solid effort on O.

I would love for like a 70-0 blowout, but that is obviously not possible, so I guess turning the tables from 1990 is about as best as we will get on the dreamcrushing front. Crushes their hopes and dreams for an NC, I think. Depending on how the polls shake out.

damn, you're old too. I had to put all of my Transformers, G.I. Joes, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles neatly away in the toy box before my parents would let me watch the game.

I was 11 years old and that game is one of the first that come to mind where I felt really, really bad after we lost. I had not known the feeling at the time, but it became a fixture of what I didn't want to feel again.
