OK, I'm about to retire from the AF next summer and the wife and I are looking to relocate from LV to East Tennessee where my family is. My favor from VN is we are looking for employment. She is curerntly the Director of Psychotherapy, has a post masters in counseling and numerous years of experience in the mental health field. My AF background is recruiting both enlisted and officer and am looking to stay in some type sales/recruiting field. Any help is much appreciated, I'm ready to get back home.

congrats to you. If I was retired, the last thing I would want is a boss. It's already the last thing I want and I've been without one for 8 years. Why not start your own little recruiting company if a field you are familiar with?
Your wife shouldn't have a problem. As a matter of fact, she could be your first client.

just my 2 cents.

That's the long term plan, I just want to be able to get there and get some stability then I'll branch out and do my own thing. Yes having a boss isn't the best thing. Thanks for the input

Congrats man. Glad you can go back home.

I don't live in East TN, but good luck on the job hunt. I have friends that are recruiters that make really good money.
