Only scoring two points in the final 3:07 of regulation was key. With 3:07 to go, we were up 64-61. The next possessions

turnover
missed shot
made basket to go up 66-61 (1:13 left)
gave up the 3, 66-64
missed shot
gave up layup plus foul, 66-66 (WV missed free-throw)
turnover

We out rebounded them 56-34, but shot only 2 of 19 from the three while WV shot 9 of 24. There were some questionable fouls, but TN failed to finish the game in regulation. Getting only 2 points in the final five possessions in regulation was tough to watch.

If we cut our turnovers in half and our fouling by a third we win easily, without shooting one bit better. We beat ourselves last night by being mentally undisciplined and careless. If you beat yourself you'll lose every time.

No they are players for a university on scholarship on a TEAM... they can’t “do what they please” lol. I think this about all programs in general tbh not just UT. The outside is noise. At the very least dont post about it during season.

I suppose the University of Tennessee has something against students on scholarships who lose a game to not be on social media. They can do whatever they want as long as it is LEGAL and doesnt break any team rules last time I checked using social media doesn't fit any either category.....the parent you speak of is likely Jordan Horston's mom what did she do wrong?? she is watching her daughters game like the rest of us and voicing her OPINION just like everyone on this board...but you have a problem with that???

Lol trust me there are MANY parents not just LV parents. I know it’s crazy someone would want control of their team. I WOULD make posting OPINIONS about games against the team rules.

We were all roaming around in ignorant bliss. We didn't know about "fake news" and stolen elections. We had no clue why someone was kicked off a team or how they fell on a helmet. Ah, the good old days when all we had was the newspaper or Leonard's Losers on the radio . Simpler times. Never again unless we suffer an EMP attack.

Key had got a blocking foul called on about the same type of defensive pressure....Refs are not going to give the visiting team that call with just seconds to go...
