Pat Summitt walked up to Angie Bjorklund during practice and said "Your lack of focus is g-l-a-r-i-n-g!" It's on video somewhere. Pat got in players faces and demanded effort! Holly says these players are having great practices, something I don't think Pat would ever say publicly, even if it were true. I don't think Pat was ever completely satisfied with any practice, always challenging her players, and demanding more, just like she did with Marciniak. I keep hearing that the players LOVE Holly...which is quite possibly part of her problem. Try getting in their face, Holly... tell them they're bad when they're bad...maybe you would gain their respect. Right now I don't think she has that respect...nor do they have any fear of giving half-hearted effort!

It is certainly obvious to everyone that Holly can't motivate players and cannot come up with any type system that makes players succeed or makes them better. So we will just plod along with the current program until somebody that can make a difference notices and decides they have had enough of this.
