What is everyone's thoughts on the remaining games?

-Arky State(Home)-Not as much of a guarantee as previously thought. Played Texas tough. I would only be surprised if they blew us out, any other outcome would not surprise me.
-Georgia(Home)-Not near as confident as I was a week ago. The Dawgs may gain a little momentum after losing to SC and Richt owns CPF at Neyland. I would only be surprised if we blew them out.
-MSU(Starkville)-Should be automatic. Not so fast. Croom and co. just beat Auburn and are on somewhat of a roll since being slaughtered by LSU. O, and Croom is known for ending coach's tenures.
-Alabama(Tuscaloosa)-Saban was brought in for two games. Auburn and Tennessee. Looks like he has a great chance to win both this year. Just another coach that owns CPF.
-South Carolina(Home)-Spurrier owns CPF even without near as much talent. This USC team has almost as much talent as us. They also bring in one of the better defense's we play all year.
-ULL(Home)-Same principles as the ASU game. Should be a lock, but they played USC tough. This is homecoming, though.
-Arky(Home)-Well, we could only stop Tebow quarter or so. Couldn't stop Forsett or Best. What makes anyone think we can stop McFadden and/or Jones. This one could be ugly.
-Vandy(Home)-Probably not quite as good this year as the past couple years, but they still have Bennett and we still have trouble covering huge WRs. They also have Nickson and we can't stop mobile QBs.
-Kentucky(Lexington)-Great chance for UK to finally beat UT. Extremely dangerous offense. Tough to beat at home. Randy Sanders would love nothing more than to send CPF off.

After looking at these games, I wouldn't be surprised if we only won 4-5 games this year. There are many potential "nail-in-the-coffin" type games as well for CPF(MSU, VU, UK). CPF better turn a 180 with this team or it will be his last.

I hope this will wake us up for ARky State next week because they may make it a ballgame. The only definite game I feel like is ULL. Arky State, MSU, and Vandy are close to victories, but watching the first 3 games, they arent the guranteed wins i originally thought

After looking at those games, we might not win another game this season. In reality I see us winning 5 games this season (total).

Arky State - loud and constant booing for Fulmer will be the theme

GA - Mikey Henderson loses massive cred if he doesn't return a punt for a TD

MSU - Croom enters feeling overwhelmingly confident about this game

Alabama - brutal

USC - deja vu

ULL - win :)

Vandy - nailbiter

UK - end of an era

Arky State - loud and constant booing for Fulmer will be the theme

USC - deja vu

ULL - win :)

Vandy - nailbiter

UK - end of an era

Pretty much how I see it as well. It's sad that Vandy and UK are now ballgames instead of thrashings

I forgot to add, UK and Vandy is where young talent finally gets played and shines. We then get our hopes up about 2008.

With the way we are executing plays, I would not be surprised if we won 1 game this year. Not 1 more but 1 total. This football program is self-destructing!!!

By far the first time ever when I've felt like we don't have a chance to make a bowl game. At least in 05 we had a dominant defense

Ark State: Vols squeak out a 28-24 shootout

Georgia: loss

Mississippi State University (Home of the Allustrous Bulldawgs, aaaarrrrrrr!): Croom having already embarassed AU at their house, comes to Neyland and begins his quest to be named Governor of Mississippi

Bammer: will hang 100 on UT if possible

Chicken U: Spurrier's ownership of Fulmer continues

La Laff: UT wins, but nobody notices

Vahnderbilt: 2-0 at Neyland

sUcK: Guy Morris begins campaign to be named Governor of Kentucky by acclamation

Look on the bright side, at least we don't have to worry about being blown out of the Georgia Dome by LSU.

:dance2:

I say we hire Hal Mumme, he's an all out coach that throws all the time, anything would be an upgrade, even ZOOK

After watching the thrashing last night, I have been overcome with a sense of dread for every game. I used to feel that no matter who we played we had the better team on the field. Now I feel that in most games we have the better talent on the field but by FAR the worse team. I actually got on some people the other night in a thread for dreading the UF game. To those people, I am sorry because I now dread every game on our schedule for the forseeable future or until something changes

I feel the exact same way. I use to always believe we were going to win, even up until this year. Today, I got a feeling that I've never had before. It's like that other than the ULL game we're not guranteed a win. Even Arky State has an outside shot because this team has folded in the tent.

One tidbit of irony is how this past class may help push CPF out. It was so highly touted and had all these explosive players and yet very few contributors. Some didn't make it in, some have been injured, but, either way, we have given them very little chance to contribute after all of this offseason praise to them. Now, some of them are getting upset and all of this definitely isn't going to help recruiting(which is the only way Foolmer will field a successful team).

I left Arky out, oops.

Arky - Mcfadden sets NCAA single game rushing record. Jones misses record by 5 yards.

I'm prepared to suffer through the worst Tennessee season in the post Bill Battle era. I still love the VOLS though, I guess that makes me a glutton for punishment.

Forgot my prediction,

Ark St - lackluster W, 23-14 or so.

Georgia - L; Mark Richt > Fulmer

Miss St - W, talent wins in spite of Fulmer, don't let the Auburn win fool you too much, Auburn is bad this year; fortunately for us Miss St has a terrible offense

Bammer - L - stone cold lock; Saban > Fulmer

South Carolina - L - Spurrier > Fulmer

ULL - W; talent gets the win in spite of our coaching staff

Ark - L; lock of the year unless McFadden and Jones get hurt; they will run on us like an 18 wheeler downhill with no brakes

Vandy - W; talent gets us another...

Kentucky - L; the cats break the streak, might as well happen when our season is shot...

So 5-7, no Bowl game, so much the better, we'll get a head start on bringing in the next regime and give them more time to recruit.

If your previous predictions are true he will be beating an interim coach, rather than CPF!
