I don’t like that they do this before the game. A lot of people aren’t even in their seats yet

I’m going to be there tomorrow! Excited to watch the tribute! Dude was an incredible athlete.

Reggie was one heck of a player, and he was outspoken about his faith. Miss him. I have a feeling his faith will be left out of the tribute as well.
That could lead in a direction they don't want to go based on some of his history.

As great a person as he was a football player. I met Reggie on a number of occasions and played baseball with Charlie and Al White, his father and uncle. Both were great athletes and great people.
Played baseball with them at the old Engle Stadium in Chattanooga.

This is like when UT honored George Cafego by presenting him with a used Lady Vols van with 125,000 miles at halftime. Would it have been too difficult to schedule this for a more relevant game?
lol hoptown!! I’m glad to see somebody else bring that up. It was one of those things that was so ridiculous that I had almost convinced myself that I had imagined it 😂😂😂...... always good to get affirmation !!....”here ya go coach, she’s a little hard to start up on cold mornings, but once you get er going she’ll run like a scalded dog “

I saw Steve Young say the hardest hit he ever took was from Reggie, after he helped him up patted his back and said God bless you brother.
