A good football player? He’s one of the best running backs in college football history. And there’s no evidence that the money came form SC. Even the NCAA said it came from a street agent.

The money he accepted did not come from USC. It came from hood hangers on seeking to manage him as a pro, it was $300K. Time came and he told them to pound sand. They weren't true gang guys, they were a bunch of busters. Reggie knew that all along as he knew who was who in LA. Their only option was to reveal the money and Reggie told to go ahead, they still wouldn't get their money. They went to USC and tried to extort them who told them to pound sand. Finally they went to the media. Reggie never paid them a dime even though playing for millions in the NFL. He played everybody, people in these streetz of LA still laugh about it.
