I quit paying attention to Sab when he claimed to be an expert in ranking qb college potential from watching youtube highlights and because he played quarterback in his subdivision two hand touch game. I almost had a stroke when I read that from laughter. The sad part was that he really thought he was. I think it was in the Jesse Scroggins thread, or maybe Brays.

They may tell them, but in the investigation they will face a lot of adverse events and will suffer financially. They can make all the rules in the world but this cannot be enforced nor can it even be investigated properly. No way the NCAA can tell whether someone is actually a fan of a team trying to recruit a prospect and who are impostors trying to get someone a violation. I would imagine Facebook and MySpace would tell the NCAA where to stick their investigation if they came looking for information from them.
