What do you guys think our chances are of pulling players the likes of:

Luc
Prater
Milton
Powell
J.R. Ferguson
B. Willis
C. Riggs

Or switching players like:

Brunetti
P. Jones
Chaz Green

A lot of it will depend one how we do this season. Many of the bigger name prospect will not commit anywhere till after the season. If we can manage 9 wins this season, with this coaching staff pulling a top 10 class after a 5-7 season, I would be inclined to think they could pull a top 5 class. Monte's name alone will pull defensive kids and if the offense can turn things around, I see no reason we can't be in it with all those guys at the end.

I think with Orgeron the main one recruiting Luc and Powell, he may shock us all and pull 1 or maybe both! I also believe we have a good shot with Prater! Go Vols!

Luc: We were his first official visit scheduled. I think he may like us more than he's let on publicly. 4:1 shot

Prater: We need a QB and it hurts that he'll be in town this weekend while campus is still fairly quiet. 5 1/2 to 1

Milton: Confidence high.

Powell: Confidence very low.

J.R. Ferguson: Confidence medium. 3:1 today.

B. Willis: not going to happen. FSU.

C. Riggs: does the staff really want him? 5-1, 6-1 shot.

Brunetti: confidence medium, but will the staff accept a pledge from someone else instead? Bray, Baty, Shreve, Mason, Kaiser and so forth.

P. Jones: no real buzz here yet, but that doesn't mean nothing's happening behind the scenes.

Chaz Green: very long shot. 8-1 at best.

I like our chances alot with Ego and feel decent about Luc. In the past month or so, it's been rumored that the staff is till pressing Hurst very hard and that Brent Benedict is not completely sold on going to UGA. It's still too early to count anyone out...

I think Luc has the potential to be this year's Bryce Brown. Just my opinion.

I like our chances with Ego a whole lot better than Luc. I don't think we get Luc, but him coming to Knoxville for camp was huge and probably helped our chances a lot. Getting him to actually come for an official will go a long way, but I still say he ends up at Florida. Benedict will be a Bulldog and Hurst is pretty solid even though we're still pursuing him.

Why do these kids want to go to UF when the Tebow show is about to be over? No matter what they do, their time at UF will always be overshadowed by the Tebow era.

we will land Milton and most likely Brunetti. Prater would be the only other one i could really see us getting. We would have to be as lucky as last year with BB to get Luc.

Luc-i think we are going to get him but could be wrong so i say 60%
Prater-we are in the thick, top 5 so i say 20-25%
Milton-he is ours. will commit after visiting with parents so 100%
Powell-is high on florida,usc, and others so im not sure but it is orgeron so 20%
J.R. Ferguson-havent heard alot so i say 10-20%
B. Willis-long shot prob going to fsu or a carolina school. i say 5%
C. Riggs-arent we in top 5, with connection, if we pursue i say 35-40%

i also think we will get lamarcus joyner, kenny stills if we pursue hard, and have at least a shot at dunkley if we really pursue

Or switching players like:

Brunetti-if we want him, we get him, but longer we wait worse chances get, 80%
P. Jones-have no idea, havent heard bout him since he committed like a billion years ago
Chaz Green-a very strong lean to florida, but i think we are 2nd or 3rd so 30%

Well i would think that a it matters a lot on the season i bet we get a big time qb this year though

A lot of these big time recruits will depend on how our season goes. If we win or at least show big time potential then Luc, Powell, Riggs, etc. will at least have a lot more to think about. This year has been exceptional for early commitments and lots of schools are filling up, the longer these guys are uncommitted the better are chances get, unless our season goes in the toilet.
