I don't know. That sounded like a "special" account.

Could be why some of the usual donor/booster meddlers were defanged when all this started. They could have been the source of the "fund".

I would prefer transfer portal at this point. Get a good OL or two from there. A couple DBs and a good DL or LB would be nice and all JC or transfer portal.
