Updated after losing Tyson Bacon. Nothing to worry about from my perspective, we are just going slower at this point in the cycle. I think we've been distracted a bit lately lol.
We will finish somewhere near our average. 10-15th. Just like we always do.

We're getting our asses handed to us on trail
We don’t pay or tamper like other other programs do. We don’t have the ace recruiters like some others do. It is what it is. We just have to hope our staff can coach what we get up enough to win big. Because we aren’t gonna be recruiting in the top 5 in the nation anytime soon.

It matters in the fact that class rankings look good. The only ranking that really matters is how many stay at one school for 4 years.

Even that isn't a great measure, since some kids turn out to be duds, and it would be better if they hit the road after 1/2 years...

For the record, we are a couple of middling recruits away from the top 10 at any point here. I would lend more credence to the On3 Rankings than the 247 during this part of the cycle, I'd say up until late summer, when a lot of recruits are getting in the boat before their seasons start.

We have to do better at acquiring and retaining talent. Which means we need to step out of our comfort zone and upgrade our staff in certain positions.

Which coaches and who specifically do you want to hire to replace them?
