Recruiting implications for teams that won’t play in 2020

Voting on it this week. Extension of the 5-year eligibility limit is being recommended, so that's what I'd expect.
They won't have a choice. If conferences or teams cancel, then they will have to grant another year of eligibility. If a player opts out, same thing. Any other route will get them crucified I would think.

Any word on what that will do to the scholarship numbers? If they allow an expansion for scholarships numbers for B1G and PAC 12 will they do the same for those playing in the fall?

I would guess that the NCAA will screw this up way beyond our wild imaginations . . . as they typically do.

other than decommitting , I think the biggest implication is how to fit two classes into one. What I wonder is how many 5* RB's <QB's LBs etc want to committ to the same school if both classes start playing the same year. or am I seeing things wrong?
