Three huge recruiting weekends in succession and Mother Nature has attempted to ruin all three.

It's snowing AGAIN in Knoxville...think about that.

They're already here..so maybe they'll be snowed in and forced to stay longer.

Mother nature and the recruiting Gods love us imo.

I tend to agree. Seems to me like some good weather might actually influence a young mans decision.

Unless the're in Florida or California, it's cold everywhere right now. They won't be playing home games in January. Most of these guys who took visits in the fall to Neyland, won't be jarred by winter snow.

A lot of guys don't get to see snow that much and love it! I'm from Alabama we almost never get it when we do people go nuts!

Exactly. I think they are smart enough to know that snow in the South only occurs a few times a year. I remember the Super Bowl the Titans played in. It was in Atlanta, and snowed like this. It happens. Ain't got squat to do with recruiting "odds" hating us.

I believe it's called Winter for a reason---

Maybe you guys can start a petition to get a dome built over Knoxville :lolabove::lolabove::lolabove:

During the brief snows that occurred during my time as an undergrad, the students usually come out in full force for snowball fights, etc... It's actually a pretty cool scene and mixes up the general February monotony of Knoxville.

I tend to think that's a good thing.

More evidence of Fulmer's deal with the devil to get the '98 NC. We are cursed.

I'm walking a goat around Neyland (in the snow) backwards to reverse the curse, currently.

It's 40-50 degrees outside in FL

Is it preventing guys from getting there? If not, any kid from south of K'ville may think a little snow is cool. Any kid from north of K'ville will probably just want to know that it isn't typical.

If this were really a problem then tOSU, Wisconsin, Michigan, et al would never sign anyone. Here in Missouri we've been having sub-zero wind chills over the past few days. Today and tomorrow will be "mild" with highs just under 40.

I don't think any recruit with the intelligence to get into college confuses K'ville with a frozen wasteland.
