3rd OT they got the ball first. Sal blitzed on 3rd down and they had DGB open but missed him. The next play, Sal blitzed again and they ran the same play and hit it for a touchdown to DGB.

We responded with a touchdown and made a poor playcall on the conversion. Bray threw it to a guy double or triple covered 2 yards short of the end zone.

On the 4th OT, we had it 2nd and 4 from the 19. On 2nd down, they threw deep to Hunter incomplete. On 3rd down the play had 3 receivers all with in a few yards of each other and Bray threw into double/triple coverage incomplete. On 4th down, we went for it and they tried the play where Rogers fakes over the middle then cuts outside and Bray throws it to him. Bray stared it down and they jumped the route and knocked it away. They then kicked a field goal to win 51-48.

No way we lost this game. There are no excuses. This game looked like an absolute blowout in the first half.

Once again, second half adjustments kill us

you're defense is getting gashed, and you dont have enough sense to try and slow the game down.

take 2 minutes off the game with 3 rushing plays and guess what... we Win this game in regulation.

Coach Dooley is a ****ING MORON.

he has yet to contain his "Guru" Offensive coordinator to at least help keep that atrocious Defense off the field.

Dooley said in last mondays presser he wouldnt slow the offense down to help the defense, then what why the **** are you coaching. YOu have to call games to help YOUR TEAM win, not just to put up Points.

Good bye Derek Dooley. if he is retained as head coach for next season I cant imagine me watching a single game.

Exactly. I can't see how more people don't realize how dumb that was on that drive. 5 mins to go with a 7 pt lead & we throw two passes on 2nd & 3rd to stop the clock. Should've ran 3 straight times whether we got the first down or not & if you do call a pass play in that situation it absolutely has to be a completion. Just stupid.

The clock management before the half sitting on all 3 to's with a min left was stupid.

Then Doofus's decision to play for overtime with two to's at the end was even stupider.
The only timeout he called was for not enough players on field...again.

Not one rushing attempt in OT???

It is just bad football. I don't care how good you say Bray, Hunter, and CP are. You simpley can not abandon the run like we did. This is what killed us against Florida. That drive with 5 minutes left was the perfect time to run it and kill clock. On the last possesion of OT, why not run it on 2nd and 4? If you know it is 4 down territory, then try running it so you are in a better situation on 3rd and 4th down.

The playcalling at the end of regulation was bad as well. We ran 1 play, then gave up. Take a shot! You have talented players everywhere, 2 timeouts, and plenty of time. Dooley was playing not to lose.

We've given up 38+ for six straight games.

Anybody still wanna talk about how we upgraded our defensive staff?

I had to leave at Half time to leave town for work. I made the comment that the D looked different today and then the second half comes and its back to the same ole D. If this doesn't get CDD fired then we don't have any hope of him getting fired any time soon. Just makes me sick.
