SC is just barely losing to Vandy for the league's worst total offense stats and they have the 3rd best defensive stats in our division. Kentucky and UGA are both defensive teams, so I'm interested to see how this shakes out.

hopefully we have a solid gameplan and wont play down to our opponent. So ready for us to just come out and set the tone.

Need to come out with our hair on fire like last week, score fast and often, and bury them early. If we can go up 2 to 3 scores in the first 20 minutes or so, they might quit.

Getting ready to hop on the bus to go to the game. Should we win? Yes. Will we look like last week? No. But I think we still have the ability to put up 45+ points if we play a clean game. I think this game will come down to how clean of a game we play because we will dictate whether we win or lose. Not USCe.

Vols - 42
USCe - 20

I've been going back and forth on this game all week. Never thought that there was much chance the Vols would lose, but how the game would go, scoring for both teams, etc.

I think the Vols will average one TD per quarter and then one more score on top of that. That puts the Vols at 31-35 points. As far as SC scoring, their offense has been offensive. Our defense has probably over achieved from before season expectations. That being said I think SC scores a couple of TDs. It will depend on how easy we make it on them. If we allow them short fields due to turnovers or special teams blunders they could score more. I think if we take care of business they'll get a max if 17.

So, I think the Vols go to 4-2 and 60% to gain bowl eligibility. Somewhere around 31-17.

Still a win but it won't be as much of a blow out with the secondary out

I've been out all week with work--- Ron just posted from AP that half our secondary is going to be out along with Mitchell, and Coop/Harris are out as well... Were these injuries posted during the week? Sheesh, this is going to be a close game...
