Reverse curls, with 225 lbs?

Would the hand placement not be closer together for a front raise? Also, that's a lot of wait for a shoulder movement.

Not saying it cant or wouldnt be done. Seems like dumbbells would be way to go, and better on joints. Smoother, and not too jerky.

Position of his legs and hands look more like he was doing a shrug or maybe a deadlift?
