Carbs are physiologically unnecessary.
Uh no you are completely wrong. My wife and I both have had ZERO carbohydrates going on 6 years now. The human body doesn’t need sugar. All in moderation is BS. The human only needs fats and protein. The human body can make all the glucose it ever needs.Uh, no.
Carbs are necessary to regulate your metabolism, for energy, and yes, for muscle building. This all or nothing attitude Americans have about eating is a problem. It’s kind of like our extreme attitudes about everything else. We need carbs. We need proteins. We need sugars. We need calories. Most of all, we need it all in moderation.
Where did that come from. Carbs are in almost all foods we eat, not just sugars syrups etc. I have been a diabetic for 35 years and know pretty much what foods I can/should eat .Uh no you are completely wrong. Type 1s can’t. A type 2 can. There is no reason a type 2 should eat carbs. All they do is increase blood sugar. Eat some brown rice, oatmeal or whole wheat bread. Check your glucose. Eat steak and eggs fried in butter and check it. The difference is VAST. Diabetes is a carbohydrate disease.Diabetics can't.
