Supposedly a huge recruiting weekend in Norman on Sat.

That's awesome. Recruits need to see our progress. Whispers come from all over, but the yelling is done on gameday. Let's hope the boys can put it all together, make few mistakes, and get these high schoolers excited and salivating at the chance to play at the fastest rising program in the country.

I have an idea to all of you that are going to Norman this weekend. You should try to rally all of the Tennessee fans in the visiting section, and when Oklahoma is facing third down, all of you start screaming "3rd down for what!!" If you can somehow organize it, where someone near the bottom of the section can give a hand count or something where you do it in unison, then that would be pretty cool. Then, start doing the hand and arm gesture. Just a thought that I had, and felt that the players would get a little feeling of being back home at critical times. Do your part!

I am not 100% sure where my seats are, but I am all on this. I don't get to make to K-vile for games, so would love to do this with the fellow fandom.

There are folks now calling for Roger Goodell to resign as NFL Commissioner and I wouldn't mind if he did. The NFL has gone stagnant IMO and could benefit from fresh leadership. I remember reading somewhere that Condoleezza Rice once had ambitions of being the NFL Commissioner. She is extremely smart and I think she would do a fantastic job.

I expect alot of Pig and Smith short bubble screens as a form of run game. I also expect more Hurd, Lane and Young in passing game to get them in open field. I noticed we hid that last week after using it a few times in week 1. I expect it was an out of sight out if mind trick by the staff.

Yep. I was discussing this a couple of days ago with a couple of guys in this thread. I think we will be well served to do whatever it takes to get our playmakers in open space.

I'm not so sure. UMass was within three of beating Colorado, and Old Dominion was leading NC State at halftime 21-18 (lost by 12). Charleston Southern is probably their easiest game.

The amount of Vandy hate here is amazing to me. Maybe, it's because I'm older than some of you, but to me this is just a normal Vandy season. Even with they had James Franklin at coach they never garnered any national attenion. It's like hating on a retarded person.

Saturdays game could turn out to be like the 2010 Oklahoma vs. Cincinnati game. Cincinnati made a few mistakes with ball security that was a 14 point swing. They would have won if it weren't for just one of those. I think our offense will look more like this Cincinnati team next year. So this may be a preview of next year, 3rd year under Butch.
