20/20 hindsight is always right. It sure looks promising but it’s going to get more difficult with Tx. And Okla. joining the sec. LSU, Bama , Ga. not going away. Fla and tx am will get it right eventually. Very few push overs in this conference. Heck most thought Butch was on the right tract. Let’s not get over our skis. Hope for the best

Nothing to do with hindsight or even being right or not.

It's about letting every damn Vol team play its season out before defining who they are or wanting to fire folks. It's stupid.

Imagine Ole Miss fans last year. Or UConn basketball fans this season. No team is defined or can be critiqued completely until they actually play all their games. Not sure why that is difficult for so many. And yet time and time again it's like the 2019 football season, "well this team will be lucky to win 1 game" as if they had already been defined by 8 quarters of football.

After what Tony showed the last 2 seasons, it's just hard to imagine folks thought we'd just fold up and we were done progressing as a team.

So it’s an extremely tough conference that’s only going to get tougher, and we shouldn’t lose control of our ability to reason if things don’t always go our way?
