It was the correct challenge. Can blame officiating for not seeing it in real time. But in college, the difference between a 50 yard FG or 37 yard FG is huge.

How is that Kelly’s fault? Coaches literally have nothing to do with that. You have Equipment managers, Video Managers, etc that handle all those type of things because a coach literally has zero time to worry about any of that stuff. That’s ridiculous honestly. Tragic event, but ridiculous to point fingers like that.

Heres a better article. But Kelly chose to practice outside, then lied about the weather. He told investigators the wind wasnt that bad while other things showed it was much worse. He also couldve asked for practice not to be filmed that day.
