They were in on a highly rated pk in the 21 class earlier in the year iirc. If that fell through maybe. But we’re at a much lesser numbers crunch than previous seasons and Pruitt prioritizes special teams specialists.Losing Cimaglia after this year, but probably just taking a walk on kicker this year per Price on the VQ podcast. Interesting. Take a walk on kicker and possibly give them scholarship later on in order to sign another position player.
Will do. Very sorry for your loss.I would like to thank all who have lifted my family up in prayer.
Thursday my father was taken home to be with his lord and savior Jesus Christ.
My father was a pastor for 40 years and loved everyone he met. The greatest man I ever have known my hero and my rock. A true warrior of faith. I know where he is and I made him a promise to see him again.
When you pray say one for old ridge runner I truly need and appreciate them.
Yeah, definitely, but I’ve done a lot of reading on the matter and have a basic understanding of anatomy to know how to work with it, but I was hoping for a specific diagnosis.
There is a lot going on down there, SI joint, psoas, IT bands, rectus femoris.... I wanted someone to at least try to pinpoint my issues, prescribe movement corrections and retest over time, not just tell me “maybe I should use less weight when training legs”
So I become my own doc and mostly do fine. As you said, it’s generally hip flexor related so I stand often and take a long stride walk as a a warm up. my body hates a hip hinge so deadlift variations are no good. Using them now at home due to less equipment but I’m wary
Went for my lunchtime walk, didn’t realize a bunch of you were living up the street from me.

Hey Nick, have you tired using banded good mornings and or banded deadlifts? Both can give you the benefit of hip hinge movement with little to no weight. Just an old mans 2 cents.Yeah, definitely, but I’ve done a lot of reading on the matter and have a basic understanding of anatomy to know how to work with it, but I was hoping for a specific diagnosis.

Applause and a huge AMEN!Honestly, nobody can live on anything even in the neighborhood of minimum wage. If folks here added up their bills, then cut the house and car payments in half to account for lower income versions, and looked at how much it takes just to survive...then look at yearly income anywhere near minimum wage. It's just not doable.
Usually people fire back with a welfare comment and that's just silly. The poverty level income is something stupid like 17,000 for 2 working adults to receive all this aid that everyone swears all poor people are living off of. The ones that actually don't work? Sure.. but all the ones making $10-12 an hour busting their ass, aren't getting handouts and they aren't getting anywhere in life except into debt.
"Then go to college". That's been happening. Now the competition has stiffened and degrees are worth less. Also leaves too many labor spots filled by unqualified people and poor results
The bottom line is the US needs laborers and they need to be able to live at least a semi decent life.
15 an hour ain't buyin no Tahoe..well maybe a 10 year old, 250,000 mile Tahoe with the bumpers tore off, one side caved in, the bottom rusted out.$20 in CA or NYC is likely $15 in TN or cornhole NE, or bum **** SC.
i care bc cost of **** will go up even more if Cap'n paycheck goes out and blows it all on a new Tahoe, Cigs; and beer.
Edit: i really dont. im just in a Ullyses mood today.
I think people should be able to make as much money as they can but it blows my mind that people who make multi million dollar salaries and get paid to be on the board of 4 other companies have the most time play golf.15 an hour ain't buyin no Tahoe..well maybe a 10 year old, 250,000 mile Tahoe with the bumpers tore off, one side caved in, the bottom rusted out.
