Did some work on my basement bar today. Hopefully, I’ll get to enjoy some football this fall from it!!
Next step is cut the hole for sink, and pour my concrete counter top.

Not surprising as China is known for misinformation. Populated places are going to get harder (common sense I know). Once testing goes up our numbers will be even higher.Folks following covid19, what do you think of this?

Going by net federal dollars? Those 3 states are a bit mixed. Only 10 states put in more than they get back:
#50 Connecticut
New Jersey
Mass
NY
ND
Illinois
NH
Washington
Nebraska
#41 Colorado
Next is #40 California at basically breakeven (+$12/resident).
Oregon is halfway down at #24 (+2,400/resident).
And somehow #1 is the prosperous state of Virginia. They get back 10k+ more per resident in federal benefits than they put in. How did that happen?
