Fulmer is a figurehead AD and doesn’t do much of the day to day grunt work a younger AD would do. The assistant AD’s have really stepped their games up and for that reason I would say one of them likely gets the first interview.

Otherwise there’s Blackburn at MTSU or the current AD at UAB.

Agree about the day to day but I think we all agree that Fulmer is making the big decisions and so far has made a lot of good ones.
