JG has arm talent, he's a tough SOB, and he has a good attitude. I dont believe he has accuracy issues from mechanics. He has timing issues because he appears to hitch and second guess himself prior to a lot of throws.

He's gun shy and he doesn't have the dual threat athleticism to offset that. When things go sideways he typically spirals down and he's not capable of resetting himself mentally barring some external intervention.

He could learn some incredibly difficult skills to acquire and fix his problem or it could persist and his football career will end after next year. Everything I've seen about him would indicate that he's going to try to do his part to get better. That may just not be enough.

Regardless he's a VFL, he did things the right way, and his acquired toughness will weigh to his benefit for whatever comes next for him in life.

That was the only time they could go for two, not make it it and not cost themselves a possession.

Makes sense... But generally you don't go for two until you have to...2 tds and two extra points makes it 28/20.. And you only need 1 conversion to tie.
Now they need 2..

Yes, but then they would have way less time with that knowledge of needing an extra possession

28-12 vs 28-14. Either way it is 2 possessions.

28-19 vs 28-21 Two possessions vs one possession.

28-28 vs 28-26 tied vs one possession.

They could only miss the 2 or conversion in the first drive and not be affected going forward

14+6=20 so score would be 28-20 had they kicked extra points so still one possession. Your scenario has them not getting the two point conversion then kicking extra point.

My scenario has them kicking the extra point after the first touchdown, then going for 2 after the second score. That’s where that total comes from
